Featuring manicured lawns, timeless architectural structures, and our iconic Wisteria Tunnel, we provide the ultimate high-end backdrop for your next gathering.

Unlike traditional “blank canvas” venues, we provide the foundation layer of premium event infrastructure, and endless possibilities to ensure a seamless planning process. Every venue rental includes:
The Landscape: Exclusive access to our manicured event lawns, courtyard, world class photography backdrops, and of course our Horses!
Bespoke Furniture Inventory: Complimentary use of our (15) 72-inch round tables, (6) standard 6-ft rectangle tables, 150 white resin chairs, and few extra event surprises to add to the day.
On-Site Parking: Dedicated, seamless parking for up to 25 vehicles on-property, with an additional 35 vehicles accommodated at our private adjacent lot (60 total vehicles).
Vendor Load In / Out: We provide top notch flexibility when it comes to vendor load in, and load out schedules.
Bespoke Wedding & Sunset Ceremonies
Tailored for couples seeking an enchanting, elite outdoor estate experience right here in the city. Come enjoy up to 8 hours of exclusive property access, full access to property grounds (including groom/bridal preparation areas) and logistics support for catering / vendor setup.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer our unique space as a place to create lasting memories! We would love to bring your special idea to life here at the Funny Farm.
The Lawn
The Lawn is where the magic happens! Beautifully maintained grass and lush backdrops make for the ideal space for wedding ceremonies, company parties, and birthday parties. This space is also home to our Wisteria tunnel, which creates a wondrous way to enter the lawn - insert bridal entrance here!
The sport court is located on the lawn as well, which provides a space for fun and games or functional event design space.
Barn & Courtyard
The barn and courtyard are versatile areas, with large open pavement space. This location is great for speaking engagements, ceremonies, vendor/food truck location and photography. You can also jazz this space up with cool decor to give your event that extra special pop.
Family Cabin & Patio
Our Family Cabin offers a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Labeled, "A chef's dream," this space really takes the cake. The Family Cabin epitomizes design and decoration with touches of antique décor and modern farmhouse feel. The Family Cabin is an ideal space for private dinners, catered events, bridal party preparation, and meetings. Beautiful large sliding doors open up to a large patio and lawn which give you an indoor/outdoor feel, and gorgeous views to the lawn.
